Senior/Staff Software Engineer

Job Overview:The Architecture and Technology Group (ATG) at Arm is responsible for defining and developing the advanced technologies that shape the future of Arm's architecture roadmap. As part of ATG, we specialize in delivering world-class secure CPU and system architectures, along with the supporting technologies that empower Arm's ecosystem to build innovative and competitive products. Within ATG, the System Architecture Compliance (SAC) team develops Compliance Kits — comprehensive toolsets used by internal and external system design teams to confirm compliance to the architecture specifications. We are looking for a senior engineer to join the SAC methodology team, contributing to the development of automation frameworks, build flows, and compliance tools for the latest Arm architectures. You will work on scalable, high-quality solutions that support architecture validation and will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners across the Arm ecosystem.Responsibilities:Design and implement automation tools, build flows, and methodologies.Collaborate and work with a team of experienced engineers to drive innovation in validation tooling and automation frameworks.Take ownership of project deliverables, track risks, and ensure timely, high-quality execution.Continuously improve team efficiency through adoption of modern development practices and CI/CD workflows.Engage with multi-functional teams to develop and integrate solutions that support current and future Arm architectures.Required Skills and Experience :Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronics Engineering.
