With over 1600+ completed projects , we specialize in delivering functional, sustainable, and aesthetically compelling architectural solutions across residential, commercial, institutional, and civic sectors.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Architect with proven experience in design development and project execution. The ideal candidate will lead multiple projects, manage client relations, and guide design teams to ensure excellence in every stage - from concept to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural projects from conceptualization to completion , ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and budgets.Develop and present innovative design solutions that integrate functionality, sustainability, and aesthetic value.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and designers, encouraging a collaborative and creative work culture.Conduct site visits to review progress and ensure accurate implementation of design details.Prepare and review presentations, working drawings, and client submissions with attention to quality and detail.Perform feasibility studies and ensure compliance with building codes, local regulations, and sustainable practices.Maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and materials to continually enhance design quality.RequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.7–10 years of professional experience with a strong portfolio of executed projects.Proven ability to lead design and project teams on large or complex developments.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite .Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and sustainable design principles .Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.Professional registration with COA or equivalent preferred.Preferred QualificationsExperience in commercial, institutional, residential, or urban projects .Advanced proficiency in 3D visualization and rendering tools .LEED or green building certification is an advantage.How to ApplyInterested candidates can send their resume and design portfolio to: , CC: Contact (WhatsApp): Join UsIf you are passionate about design excellence and architectural innovation , join Designo Architects and contribute to shaping meaningful, sustainable spaces that enrich communities.
