We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic
Business Development Interns
to join our team. This role will give you hands-on exposure to sales, lead generation, client relationship management, and market research. You will work closely with the Revenue and Growth team to expand Enout's client base and build strong business pipelines.

Note: While preference will be given to candidates from management programs (BBA, MBA, PGDM), we also encourage applications from other academic backgrounds who bring strong
Sales/Business Development abilities or prior client-facing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Research and identify potential leads in target markets and industries

2)Assist in reaching out to clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

3)Support the BD team in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches

4)Maintain and update CRM/database with accurate lead and pipeline information

5)Conduct competitor and industry research to support strategy

6)Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, etc.) for client deliverables

7)Contribute to business meetings and brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for driving business growth.
