Immigration Counsellor/Lawyer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Counsellor/Lawyer located in Ghaziabad. The role involves providing legal advice and guidance to clients on immigration-related matters, preparing and filing immigration applications, and representing clients in legal proceedings. The Immigration Counsellor/Lawyer will also conduct research on immigration laws and policies, maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration regulations, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Additionally, the role requires regular communication with clients and government officials, drafting legal documents, and providing comprehensive support throughout the immigration process.

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Juris Doctor (JD), or related field
• Experience in the legal or immigration field is a plus
