Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and visionary Visual Designer to join our dynamic team at NEWME. As a Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the visual identity of the brand. You will be responsible for creating captivating designs that reflect our brand ethos and engage our target audience. From digital campaigns to print media, your work will be at the forefront of fashion innovation. Possessing video editing skills would be immensely beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enhance the brand's visual consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
  • Craft visually stunning designs for all NEWME channels and campaigns, ensuring cohesive online and offline promotions.
  • Conceptualize and create compelling visual content for product launches, marketing campaigns, and seasonal collections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand and translate project requirements into visually appealing designs.
  • Lead photography and videography efforts to produce high-quality marketing content.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, preferably within start-ups or fashion/eCommerce sectors.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic/visual design skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and technologies such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, color theory, fonts, layouts, and composition.
  • Experience in creating videos and GIFs is a significant plus.
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, social media, website design, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Ability to lead projects independently while working collaboratively within a team environment.
