Job Title: Platform Growth And Outreach Intern. International India Hub (IIH) is looking for a versatile and proactive intern to help us grow our rental marketplace platform while contributing to an exciting GPT-based AI project. About International India Hub IIH is a new rental marketplace that connects international students and expats with quality housing in Germany. We are also developing AI solutions, you'll get unique exposure to both traditional growth marketing and cutting-edge AI development. What You'll Do Platform Growth & Community (70%): Engage and build relationships with our community on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram through authentic conversations and outreach Research and curate compelling blog topics that resonate with students, expats, and landlords Support Meta (Facebook/Instagram) marketing campaigns with fresh ideas and creative content Craft cold outreach emails that convert prospects into engaged users Create engaging video concepts and coordinate with our video editor to bring stories to life Develop social media content (captions, posts, strategies) that drives awareness and engagement AI/GPT Project Support (30%): Assist in data collection, cleaning, and organization for GPT model training Help curate and annotate datasets relevant to our AI applications Document data sources, quality checks, and preprocessing workflows Research and gather domain-specific content for AI model development Support testing and validation of AI-generated outputs What We're Looking For Currently studying or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, Data Science, or related field Strong writing and communication skills with an eye for detail Digital marketing knowledge (social media platforms, content strategy, SEO basics) Curiosity about AI and willingness to learn data handling and curation techniques Self-motivated, organized, and eager to work across multiple projects Bonus: Basic familiarity with data tools (spreadsheets) or AI concepts What You'll Gain Hands-on experience building a platform from the ground up PLUS exposure to real-world AI product development Dual expertise in growth marketing AND AI data curation—highly valuable skills for your career Mentorship and training on AI-powered growth tools, GPT technologies, and automation strategies Flexible remote work with the freedom to experiment across marketing and tech Portfolio-building opportunities spanning content, social media, community engagement, and AI projects Certificate of completion and strong reference for future opportunities in marketing or AI Ideal for someone who wants to: Bridge the gap between marketing and technology Gain practical AI experience beyond just theory Work in a fast-paced, multi-project startup environment How to Apply Step 1: Complete our application form: Step 2: Click "Easy Apply " on this LinkedIn post to register your interest
