This role is perfect for a Gen Z designer who wants to push the boundaries of traditional graphic design and create immersive digital experiences that resonate with audiences. We need a graphic designer eager to make a significant impact in a startup setting, where your creativity and ideas can shape the future of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and Create Visual Stories:Develop engaging visual narratives for our brand across multiple platforms, including social media, websites, and digital campaigns.Use design elements to craft compelling stories that captivate and inspire our audience.

Innovative Design Solutions:Experiment with the latest design trends and technologies to produce cutting-edge graphics, animations, and interactive content.Incorporate AR/VR elements to enhance user engagement and experience.

User Experience (UX) Design:Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our digital products and services.Conduct user research and testing to ensure designs meet user needs and expectations.

Brand Consistency:Maintain and evolve our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with brand strategy and goals.

Collaboration and Innovation:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creators, to bring ideas to life.Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to elevate our brand.

Stay Ahead of Trends:Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.Attend industry conferences, workshops, and webinars to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:A degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD).Experience with web design and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital storytelling and user experience design.Knowledge of AR/VR technologies and experience in creating immersive content is a plus.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
