Job Title: eCommerce Business Analyst Experience Required: 5+ Years Location: Remote - Offshore Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of proven experience in analyzing business requirements, implementing eCommerce solutions, and bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This role requires strong domain knowledge in eCommerce platforms, digital transformation, and customer journey optimization. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document eCommerce requirements. Define business processes, workflows, and use cases for digital commerce platforms. Act as the liaison between business teams, technology teams, and third-party vendors. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Support the design and implementation of eCommerce solutions (, Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, etc.). Conduct gap analysis and recommend system/process improvements to enhance customer experience. Assist in developing wireframes, process flows, and prototypes to support solution design. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and testing activities in Agile/Scrum environments. Monitor KPIs and provide insights for improving sales conversions, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. Stay updated with eCommerce industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the eCommerce domain. Strong understanding of eCommerce business models (B2C, B2B, Marketplace, Omnichannel). Hands-on experience with major eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, Hybris, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar). Proficiency in writing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, development, QA, and marketing. Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, payment gateways, and order management systems is a plus. Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) preferred.
