Your key responsibilities:Define complex process and identify problem areas to work on a solution in partnership with architects, developers, and business usersDesign and conceptualize business solution options and articulate underlying impact analysisEffective communication upwards with experience on the production of management decksActively supports the business strategy, plans, and values, contributing to the achievement of a high-performance cultureSupport the project manager as a Business Functional Analyst to ensure that projects are on track based on business requirements

Your Skills & Experience:- Hybrid RPA BA/Scrum Master with a can-do spirit to help drive and facilitate the delivery of high value projects through the full lifecycle with strong focus on benefits delivery. You should have minimum 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst:Requirement gathering (PDD, SDD through to delivery and stakeholder support)Ability to model and document “as is” and “to be” business processesPrepare and conduct technical testsYou are an inquisitive, proactive end-to-end problem solver with solid hands-on experience working in an Agile environment. Well versed in ensuringTeam is enabled to execute on the planned activities to drive the value back to business rapidlystakeholders updated with progress issues, risks and constraintsstringent visualisation of our stories, tasks, goals (JIRA)Min 2 years’ experience within the finance industryMin 2 years’ experience with Agile ways of working, preferably SCRUM or SAFeMin 2 years’ experience with Lean process mappingMin 2 years’ experience working in teams to deliver RPA solutions via BluePrismExcellent presentation skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with senior business stakeholders, management and automation developersStrong communication, ability to liaise virtually with stakeholders in global officesHands on experience to build quick prototypes / visuals to assist with high level product concepts and capabilitiesAbility to work in a cross functional, multi geographical teams displaying cultural sensitivity and championing diversity & inclusionOthers:Strong analytical skillsExcellent team workerAgile methodologiesPresentation skillsFacilitation skillsConflict resolution skillsProficient communication skillsProficient English language skills (written/verbal)Ability to work in virtual teams and in matrixed organizationsHow we’ll support youTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionA range of flexible benefits that you can tailor to suit your needs
