We are seeking a talented and experienced Full Stack Java Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and back-end development, with strong expertise in Java technologies. The candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.Overall Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications using Java technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutionsImplement front-end components and user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworksDevelop back-end services and APIs to support front-end functionalityEnsure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designsOptimize applications for maximum speed and scalabilityParticipate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processesContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practicesSoftware Requirements:Strong proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring, and other Java frameworksExperience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern JS frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js)Knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureExperience with databases (e.g., SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (e.g., Hibernate)Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle)Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with collaborative development tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)Category-wise Technical Skills:Essential:Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Spring Framework, and related technologiesExperience with front-end development using modern JavaScript frameworksKnowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and database managementUnderstanding of version control systems and build toolsFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative development toolsExperience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in full stack Java developmentDay-to-Day Activities:Designing and developing front-end and back-end componentsCollaborating with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional web applicationsWriting clean, maintainable, and efficient codeParticipating in code reviews and testing processesTroubleshooting and resolving technical issuesQualifications:Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in full stack Java developmentSoft Skills:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentPassion for learning and staying updated with industry trendsThis position offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work on exciting projects and contribute to the success of our development initiatives.
