We collaborate closely with businesses to deliver high-impact solutions tailored to their unique needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer having experience in React The Senior Ruby on Rails Developer will be responsible for back-end and front-end web development, utilizing Object-Oriented Programming, Model-View-Controller architecture, and Test-Driven Development methodologies.Title: Senior Ruby on Rails developer (Permanent WFH)Experience: 5+ yearsBudget: up to up to 20 LPA (fixed CTC)Skills: Ruby on Rails, React, AWS, My SQL, Postgre SQL, Heroku, Graph QLRole & Responsibilities –• Lead the creation, development, and implementation of critical system design changes, enhancements, and software projects• Ensure timely execution of project deliverables• Work with other engineers to ensure the system and product is consistent and aligned through all processes• Improve product quality, performance, and security through substantial process improvements• Follow development standards and promote best practices• Perform code review sessions & suggest improvements or alternatives when appropriate.Requirements & Qualifications –- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)- 5 years of software development experience with a strong Background in Ruby on Rails along with experience in React (Frontend)- Proficient in writing SQL queries against a relational database- Comfortable operating in a Linux environment- Experience in REST and effective web services design- Experience with version control systems, such as Git- Nice to have - Front-end development experience with Backbone.js and Java Script
