Responsibilities
Work together with Product Managers and the Lead Designer to gather requirements and come up with design solutions to solve complex user problems.
Support design decisions with solid facts and research.
Present ideas to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the design process.
Take ownership of features and see features from conception through implementation.
Adhere and enforce defined brand, UX and visual design guidelines across the product and other design material.
Provide design deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes and high fidelity mockups.
Contribute to improving and maintaining the product design system, UI component library and documentations.
Be an advocate for users and promote user centered design across the organization.
Use analytics, user testing and research to investigate problem areas and propose improvements on the application.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a product designer or a UX designer designing applications for web and mobile.
Experience designing globally relevant products.
Portfolio of your past work that showcases your process, interaction design, visual design and problem solving skills is a MUST.
Working with tools such as Figma or Sketch.
Strong visual design and problem solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
