Job Summary

Research Associate – CATI at Track Opinion® is to serve as the bridge between our clients, internal teams and partners in order to manage the operational execution of CATI market research studies.

 

Responsibilities


·      Understanding of the target audience

·      Capability of analyzing and understanding of the objective via secondary research

·      Conducting primary and secondary research for various demographics and industries

·      Data Sourcing and scheduling appointments

·      Conducting market research interviews as per the project scope via calling & desk research

·      Maintaining the project documents produced by the Project leads

·      Ensure on time and high-quality deliverables as per the clients’ requirements


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
