Software Engineer for Machine Learning Platform

Job Title: Software Engineer for Machine Learning Platform

Job Type : Full time/Part time
Qualifications and skills required:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Over 8 years of experience in commercial software development.
• Demonstrated leadership on cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments, balancing technical leadership with hands-on coding.
• Experience with Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Kubeflow, Seldon, Spark, and AWS cloud services is a plus.
• Ability to simplify complex problems into straightforward solutions.
• Strong analytical skills and commitment to writing clean, efficient code.
• Ownership mindset, urgency in task completion, and pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Proven leadership capabilities prioritizing tasks, clear communication, and effective collaboration with technical and non-technical colleagues.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of scalable and efficient machine learning platform products.
• Create technical specifications and architectures for new ML platform features and products.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets business objectives.
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Participate in code reviews to uphold code quality standards.
• Stay informed about the latest ML platform technologies and trends for identifying opportunities for product innovation.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to align on project goals and timelines.
