Job Description - HSE Manager Position: HSE Manager Location: Navi Mumbai, India Availability: Immediate Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled HSE Manager with extensive experience in Marine projects and Oil & Gas operations . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environment systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and safe execution of all site activities. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines across project sites. Conduct risk assessments, HIRA, and JSA to identify hazards and recommend control measures. Lead and supervise on-site HSE teams to ensure compliance with statutory and client requirements. Monitor and ensure adherence to offshore/marine and Oil & Gas safety regulations. Carry out incident investigations, prepare reports, and ensure corrective/preventive actions are implemented. Conduct regular site inspections, audits, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and emergency drills. Provide HSE training, awareness sessions, and coaching to all project personnel. Liaise with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities on HSE matters. Maintain documentation, safety records, and ensure compliance with ISO and company HSE management systems. Required Qualifications & Experience: Education: B.E. / B.Tech in any discipline (mandatory). Safety Certifications: ADIS (Advanced Diploma in Industrial Safety), NEBOSH (preferred/mandatory as applicable). Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in Offshore/Marine and Oil & Gas HSE roles (mandatory). Strong understanding of national and international HSE standards, OHS regulations, and compliance frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
