Position: Informatica Admin
Job Location: Pan India
Experience : 5-10 years
Must Have:
Informatica administrator will be spending most of his time on the deployments, regular server maintenance activities, patching, certificate renewal, upgrades, etc.
Informatica administrator performs the following tasks.
• Work with infrastructure teams to ensure an effective operating environment
• Day-to-day administration activities like user creation, folder creation, configuring DB connections
• Highly skilled in Informatica PowerCenter administrationincluding design, installation, patching/upgrade, configuration, monitoring, performance tuning and trouble shooting.
• Experience and understanding on MDM Administration, Power exchange logger & Listener
• Ability to monitor and troubleshoot the “end to end” data integration environment comprised of data sources, data workflows and transformations, operating systems, applications servers, networks
• Experience with Informatica 10.x version upgrades
• Develop and test the integration solution individually or in collaboration with onsite/offshore development resources from external delivery partners
• Capacity planning and on-going monitoring
• Very good knowledge on Informatica multimode architecture
• Develop UNIX shell scripts to automate tasks like restarts, clearing historic data/space etc.
• Server installation, administration, upgrade and manage Informatica MDM platform including application servers for cluster and high availability needs.
• Deploy hotfixes and Emergency break fixes on MDM applications.
• Develop technical documentation for installation and configuration
• Assists with application health and server metrics collection and reporting
• Incident/Change/Problem Management
