Job Description HR Analytics

Location: Mumbai

Years of experience: 3+ years

Key Responsibilities:

Analytics:

  • Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving learning outcomes.
  • Interpret data from various sources to provide insights into the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel:
  • Leverage advanced Excel functions and formulas to manipulate and analyse large datasets.
  • Create dynamic dashboards and reports to visualize training metrics and performance indicators.
  • Dashboard Maintenance:
  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards to track key performance metrics related to learning and development initiatives.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of data displayed on dashboards through regular updates and validations.

L&D Operations:

  • Lead cross-functional projects aimed at improving learning experiences and outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies to ensure successful project execution.
  • Employ project management tools and techniques to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Skills Required:

  • Advanced Excel and Dashboard Management
  • Experience of Managing Learning Management System (LMS) as Administrator (Preferable)

Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining objectives, milestones, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Anticipate potential roadblocks and develop contingency plans to keep projects on track.
  • Prioritization:
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and activities based on their impact on project objectives and timelines.
  • Make informed decisions about resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements, expectations, and feedback.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to gain support and buy-in for project initiatives.

Verbal & Written Professional Communication:

  • Communicate project updates, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders through clear and concise verbal and written communication.
  • Tailor communication style and content to the needs and preferences of different stakeholders.
