We are Looking for a " Servicenow Architect andTech lead" with 5 13 years of experience based out of Chennai/Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune, for a global IT service provider. Skills: ITSM/ ITOM /OMTResponsibilities:Actively engage in requirements gathering and compilationCreate requirements traceability matrix; Review Impact Analysis documents; Understand the system architecture, functional flow and the data model & Review design documentscompiled by peers and recommend modificationsDecipher high-level business requirement documents and translate them into code; Integrate medium to large-sized system modules; Create PoCs and conductsystem demos; Actively engage in system architecture discussions & In-charge of code development, optimization, and reviewsDevelop reusable code libraries and frameworks; Enhance unit-testing processes through automation and best practices & Comprehend end-to-end deployment process and related toolsComprehend the project timelines, milestones and metrics and assist in documentation and tracking; Recommend enhancements to the organization's customer value propositionDemonstrate the ability to learn about customer segments, and industry competitors and create solutions for simple and medium problems faced by the industry. Qualifications:Strong experience in Application DevelopmentExperience in requirements gathering, creating requirements traceability matrix and review impact analysis documentsStrong understanding of system architecture, functional flow, and data modelingStrong knowledge of solution design and the ability to recommend modificationsExperience in leading incident management and problem management, and driving ITIL frameworkExperience in project and team management, financial and operational metrics, and driving project planning activities.
