Job Title: Business Analyst

Experience:2-6 Years

NoticePeriod: Immediate to 15 days

Location: Bangalore

JD:

·Work closely with business and ITteams to understand current state and document end to end process and systemflows.

·Partner with architecture team tobuild out target state for systems.

·Work with IT and product vendors tocome up requirements and high level design.

·Develops and prepares project plansincluding scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns.Analyzes business systems specifications.

·Defines and documents productrequirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria.

·Meet with clients to analyze theirindividual needs, determine priorities, provide estimates and determine scope-Manage scope, schedule and quality.

·Lead requirements gatheringsessions; investigate, document and analyze key client organizational processes-Identify needs and develop customized solutions

·Maintain an effective clientfollow-up system to ensure clients are contacted in regards to project progressand overall satisfaction.

·Perform and organize ongoing supportfor customers such as report building, data quality, new integrations, etc.

·Contribute to the development of astrategic customer roadmap

Must toHave Skills:

·Should have 2-6 Years of experience

·Strong Business Analyst in FinancialServices Domain Capital Markets or Wealth Management or Investment Banking

·Must have Tech DevelopmentBackground

·Should be able to have discussionwith Dev team on tech
