Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled IT Content Developer to work remotely from India, specializing in creating high-quality educational materials for our IT programs. This role involves developing content for study materials, academic modules, and coursework for undergraduate and master’s programs, in alignment with the UK curriculum standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in IT education and content development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging and informative educational content for IT study materials and modules that align with the UK curriculum.
  • Design coursework, assignments, and assessments for both undergraduate and master’s level programs.
  • Collaborate with academic staff to ensure content meets academic standards and learning objectives.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in IT education to incorporate relevant topics into the content.
  • Review and update existing materials to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with the curriculum.
  • Support the integration of content into digital learning platforms.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in developing educational content for IT subjects, preferably for institutions following the UK curriculum.
  • Strong understanding of the UK university curriculum and assessment standards.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and platforms for content development.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle or Blackboard.
  • Familiarity with educational technologies and online learning strategies.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a university or academic institution is a plus.
