We are looking for talented, data-savvy, customer-oriented communicators who can join our team and contribute to successful project delivery for our international clients. 

What we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree, any discipline is considered, with preference for Business, Management, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or another related field.

• Native or near-native English proficiency.

• Relevant experience 8 - 10 years.

• At least 3 years of senior level experience with strong stakeholder management skills.

• Basic expertise in data wrangling using tools like Advanced Excel, R Studio, SSMS etc. is required. Data-handling experience is important, the tool is not.

• Track record of analytical or consultancy projects would be a huge advantage, but not a requirement.

• Prior experience with modelling or working with statistical software (R, Python, SPSS, Stata) is great, so please share if you have any.

• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview is preferred.

• Having studied or worked in an international environment would be an advantage.

• Optional: Prior experience working in Sales & Marketing/ Digital Analytics & relevant tools is great to have

• Your curiosity drives you to truly understand your customer’s business, their performance drivers, their latent needs and consult them on the ways to help them improve performance in their analytical processes, technology, strategy and line of business using data insights.

• Drive data/analytics strategy and work closely with the management team on growing customers/accounts

• Help with business development/marketing efforts by contributing to knowledge artifacts like industry analysis, concept notes, case studies etc.

• Help establish and nurture senior stakeholder relationships with the Amplify management team to enable account growth and help running project operations smoothly

• End to end account/project ownership

• Provide mentoring support to junior members of the business analyst team, helping raise the bar on quality of deliverables

• Project scoping and project management taking into account the client’s input and the internal team’s capacity is the area where you shine the most.

• Stakeholder management and your structured way of communicating with our customers is what makes us stand out as their “partner” not simply “supplier”.

• You can proactively help us develop and grow our internal culture of a high performing, multi skilled and transparent organization.

• You’re willing to travel to other Amplify hubs to meet the team and build the internal team culture and travel to customer locations for project discussion, review and delivery meetings.
