Position Summary:
SELIN Club is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to strengthen our global alliances and foster strategic partnerships worldwide. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships that align with our strategic goals and enhance our global presence. This role requires a tactful and diligent individual with a strong understanding of international market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify potential partnership opportunities across various global markets that align with the strategic objectives of SELIN Club.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in international organizations to foster long-term collaborations.
• Negotiate partnership terms that benefit both SELIN Club and its partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with our mission.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to international standards and regulations.
• Implement and manage a comprehensive partnership tracking system to monitor progress and evaluate the effectiveness of each collaboration.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to potential partners, clearly articulating the value and vision of SELIN Club.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications teams to promote and publicize partnerships.
• Attend international conferences, seminars, and networking events to build relationships and stay informed on global trends.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, preferably on an international scale.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluency in multiple languages is highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
