Job DescriptionWe are looking for a talented Motion Graphic Artist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bring animation, video editing, and visual storytelling skills to create engaging and high-quality videos for various platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and other social media channels. This role involves creating promotional videos, ads, educational videos, and other multimedia assets that enhance our brand’s visual identity and effectively communicate our message to our audience.ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing : Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, promotional videos, and ads, ensuring high-quality, engaging content tailored to platform requirements.Motion Graphics : Design and animate graphics for video projects, including titles, lower thirds, transitions, and other on-screen elements that enhance the viewer experience.Promotional Content : Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling video ads, promotional assets, and product showcases that boost brand awareness and engagement.Educational Content : Edit and animate educational videos that convey information clearly and engagingly, with attention to pacing and visual clarity.Social Media Content : Adapt and optimize videos for social media, maintaining high production standards across different formats and platform requirements.Storyboarding & Conceptualization : Work with the content and creative teams to storyboard and conceptualize ideas, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with brand tone and goals.Brand Consistency : Maintain consistent use of brand assets and adhere to brand guidelines in all video materials.Audio & Visual Synchronization : Ensure audio elements (music, voiceovers, sound effects) are synced with visuals for a polished and professional finish.Innovative Techniques : Stay up-to-date with video editing and motion graphics trends to bring fresh ideas and techniques to projects.Revisions and Feedback : Incorporate feedback from various team members and revise projects to meet final quality standards.Requirements1.

Experience

: Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Artist or Video Editor (3+ years), with a strong portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing and motion graphics work.2.

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve and other relevant tools.3.

Creative & Technical Balance

: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, and composition, with technical expertise to bring concepts to life.4.

Social Media Savvy

: Familiarity with social media video formats and trends, especially on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.5.

Time Management

: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.6.

Communication

: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.7.

Detail-Oriented : Strong attention to detail, ensuring that every frame and visual element is polished and aligns with the brand’s quality standards.

Preferred QualificationsExperience with 2D/3D animation is a plus.Understanding of digital marketing principles and how video content supports marketing goals.Familiarity with AI-powered tools for video editing or motion graphics is a bonus.
