Scope of the role:
As a Structural Engineer, you are responsible for the design, analysis, and modeling of structures, including residential buildings, offices, retail facilities, and high-rise towers. You must apply your knowledge of mathematics, physics, engineering, and modeling principles to ensure the safety, stability, and integrity of these structures
Main Responsibility and Activities:

• Atleast 4 years' Experience in Structural Design and drawing.

• Experience in analysis software and compliance with relevant standards.

• Calculation and drawing of floor plans, beams and columns according to David Eng. office standards.

• Modeling and adaptation to project requirements of a construction model .

• Experience in structural software and draw Revit as well.

• Analysis software and compliance.

• Working in a BIM360 environment.

• Design responsibility, a proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and develop in the field.
Education Qualification & Skills Required:

• 4+ years of experience in modeling structures and working in a BIM360 environment.

• B.Sc. / B. Tech in civil engineering, structural engineering oriented.

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Ability to use software and tools, such as BIM 360 and Revit

• Good command of English – spoken and written

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
