As the School Operations and Curriculum Head, you will be at the heart of both academic leadership and school operations. You'll drive curriculum innovation, ensure smooth day-to-day school operations, and support teachers in delivering exceptional education.

What Youll Do

  • Curriculum Leadership: Oversee the development and execution of a cutting-edge curriculum.
  • Academic Excellence: Provide guidance and professional development to teachers.
  • Operations Oversight: Manage schedules, resources, and ensure smooth school functioning.
  • Parent & Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and the community.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the school adheres to educational standards and regulations.

What We're Looking For

  • Master's degree in Education (M.Ed or equivalent preferred).
  • 5+ years of academic leadership experience.
  • Expertise in curriculum development and school operations.
  • Strong communicator with leadership skills.
