We are seeking talented, motivated, and intellectually curious individuals to join our new & dynamic Data Analytics & AI team as a Consultant Machine Learning Engineer (Generative AI Applications). In this role, you will be pivotal in leveraging our existing knowledge base with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to interact with enterprise data, subsequently offering Analytics as a Service and AI solutions to our clients. This position is part of our innovative Data Analytics & AI function, representing our commitment to delivering advanced, data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement Generative AI models, including LLMs and RAG, to enhance our data analysis capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI applications into client solutions.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Generative AI and machine learning technologies.
Design and optimize algorithms to improve the performance and efficiency of AI systems.
Communicate complex AI concepts and results to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
Proven experience in machine learning and Generative AI technologies.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
Strong understanding of LLMs, RAG, and other AI models.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Desirable:
Experience in working with large datasets and cloud computing platforms like Microsoft Azure
Experience with Langchain, OpenAI APIs, Azure AI Search, Azure OpenAI
