Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the key projects.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Responsible for the planning and facilitation of standard meetings including; backlog preparation, iteration planning, retrospectives, iteration reviews, and daily stand-ups.
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
Developing project scopes and objectives, ensuring technical parameters discussion with management, product team, and software developers.
Coordinate with internal resources for the flawless execution of projects.
Provide regular project status reporting and in-depth analysis
Drive continuous project improvements and efficiencies
Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Manage risks and issues and undertake recovery actions as necessary to minimize project risks
Bridge between product/BA & technology department.
Enforce scrum across the project and make sure every team member follows it precisely
Mandatory skills:
10+ years of experience in PM profile.
Solid technical background, with hands-on experience in software development
Hands-on experience in software product development life cycle
Excellent internal communication skills
Well-versed in Jira and proficiency in Scrum, Agile practices, and Sprint management.
Good leadership, decision-making, and organization skills
Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
PMP certification is a plus
