Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Engineer - Industrial Engineering, located in Pune - Shikrapur. The Junior Engineer will be responsible for conducting process improvements, analyzing and assessing manufacturing processes, collaborating with the engineering team, and providing innovative industrial engineering solutions. Daily tasks will also include using analytical skills to enhance production efficiency and communication skills to liaise with different departments.

Location: Shikrapur - Pune

Professional Experience required: 2-5 Years

Education Qualification: Diploma / BE in Industrial Engineering

Skills Required: Auto CAD, MS Office.

Role Description:

·       Verification of new tools and fixture with quality.

·       Corrective and preventive action for non-conformity in assembly process.

·       Monitoring TSO records.

·       Design and monitor plant layout with CFT.

·       Design the packaging standards.

·       Manpower time study with management.

·       Implement lean concepts.

·       Design for new process & support for preparation of WI to individual departments.

·       Perform root cause analysis, take corrective action and Design/implement engineered solution.

·       Provide the production facilities in shop as per ergonomic standards.

  • Industrial Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in Process Improvement techniques
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
