Job Description


- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team.

- You will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience.

- You will leverage your expertise in cloud computing, server virtualization, and various technologies to deliver a robust and reliable IT environment.

Responsibilities :

- Manage on-premises and cloud-based network infrastructure (Azure, GCP, AWS) using platforms like VMware ESXi.

- Configure and administer Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and group policies.

- Provide day-to-day administration for Windows 10/Server 2016+ environments, including patching, updates, and user support.

- Utilize RMM tools to monitor network performance, identify issues, and automate routine tasks.

- Troubleshoot network and server-related problems independently and collaboratively.

- Manage virtual workspaces using platforms like VMware or Citrix.

- Configure and maintain Azure Active Directory for secure user authentication.

- Administer Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Intune) through the O365 Admin Center.

- Manage and maintain Email Secure Gateways like Mimecast, Proofpoint, or Cisco Secure Email.

- Utilize strong Excel skills to generate reports, create charts, and leverage formulas for data analysis.

- Automate tasks and manage user environments using PowerShell scripting for Active Directory, Exchange Online, and Azure Active Directory.

- Implement backup solutions using tools like Veeam or VCloud Director.

- Participate in technology audits (1-2 years of experience preferred).

- Research and respond to auditor findings related to IT controls and security.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in network administration.

- Proven experience in cloud computing and server virtualization technologies (Azure, GCP, AWS, VMware ESXi).

- Strong understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy configuration.

- Experience administering Windows 10/Server 2016+ environments.

- Proficiency with RMM tools for network monitoring and management.

- Excellent troubleshooting skills for network and server-related issues.

- Working knowledge of virtual workspace solutions (VMware, Citrix).

- Familiarity with Azure Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration.

- Experience managing Email Secure Gateways.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerShell.

- Experience with backup solutions (Veeam, VCloud Director).

- Preferred : Experience participating in technology audits and responding to auditor findings.
