Your Role:
As our eCommerce Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in launching and growing our online presence from the ground up. You'll be responsible for developing and executing our eCommerce strategy, with a focus on driving sales, enhancing the customer journey, and building brand loyalty. From establishing our online store to optimizing digital marketing campaigns, you'll be instrumental in shaping the success of our brand in the digital space.
Job Description:
As our eCommerce Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, with a primary focus on Amazon.in. You will be responsible for developing and executing eCommerce initiatives to drive sales, enhance customer engagement, and strengthen our brand presence in the online marketplace. Key responsibilities include:
Developing and implementing a comprehensive eCommerce strategy to achieve sales targets and enhance brand visibility on Amazon.in.
Managing the end-to-end eCommerce operations, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and fulfillment processes.
Analyzing performance metrics and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of eCommerce initiatives.
Overseeing the execution of promotional campaigns, discounts, and sales events to drive traffic and conversion.
Monitoring competitor activities and industry developments to stay ahead of market trends and identify areas for differentiation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (years) in eCommerce management, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry.
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and marketplace dynamics, particularly Amazon.in.
Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and optimizing conversion rates in an online retail environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with eCommerce analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Location : Bangalore , Hyderabad , Pune.
