About the role:Develop core versions of software application.Identify client requirements and technical specifications through Product Management and/or client representatives.Interact with engineering groups to assist in design changes to equipment and/or software.Research for client to find out the production issues and bugs.

What you will be doing:Functional Requirements and perform requirement analysisEstimate and Monitor EstimatesWork with Business teams to prioritize workPrepare detailed design documentationDevelopment/Enhancement/Bug fixesHandling production issuesResponding to queries raised by various stakeholdersClose co-ordination with boundary partners like Operations/Clients Services etc.Rotational On-Call Night Support

What you will need:

iSeries Development Expertise in technologies such as RPG/RPGLE, CL/CLLE, DB2/400, SQLRPGLE, Batch jobs, DFUs.Knowledge of iSeries API's, Data queues, User queues, multi-threading, Journaling and IBM iSeries file systems such as Library based system etc.Experience with SQL and MQ Series is a plus.
