This role requires a deep understanding of SEM best practices and experience working with small to medium-small businesses. Our clients typically have average monthly budgets of USD 1,000, and the successful candidate will need to tailor strategies to maximize ROI within these constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns focused on the USA market, ensuring alignment with clients' goals and budgets.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement and expansion.
  • Create and manage ad copy, landing pages, and A/B test variations to optimize click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI) within the specified budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align SEM strategies with overall digital marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities for client growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Google/SEM Ads Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on the USA market.
  • Extensive knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, shopping, and retargeting campaigns.
  • Experience working with small to medium-small businesses, managing campaigns with average monthly budgets of USD 1,000.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant SEM tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.

Preferred Skills:

  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications.
  • Experience with additional digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, social media advertising).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Understanding of cross-channel marketing strategies and how SEM integrates within them.
