Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of current digital marketing tools and strategies, and the ability to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.

Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.

Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.

Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Create, edit, and publish blog posts, landing pages, and product/service pages.

Maintain and update website content to align with SEO best practices.

Ensure website content is current, relevant, and optimized for user experience.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.

Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.

Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools and content management systems.

Excellent analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
