Key Responsibilities Business Development Target potential clients in e-commerce, retail, and manufacturing for warehousing solutions via cold calls, networking, and events. Build relationships with prospects and clients; assess needs and propose customized fulfillment and logistics options.  Sales Strategy Develop sales plans to acquire new business and grow portfolios; collaborate on proposals, tenders, and pricing. Lead negotiations on contracts, SLAs, and deals to meet revenue targets. Manage and optimize P&L for assigned accounts or portfolios valued at minimum Rs 15-20 Cr , ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. Market Research & Analysis Perform in-depth market research to spot emerging trends, such as sustainable logistics and identify untapped opportunities in the Indian supply chain landscape. Analyze competitor offerings and client feedback to refine sales pitches, pricing models, and value propositions. Customer Relationship Management Provide exceptional post-sales support, acting as the primary point of contact to resolve issues and enhance client satisfaction. Partner closely with operations, warehouse, and fulfillment teams to guarantee seamless service delivery, on-time performance, and proactive problem-solving. Reporting & Collaboration Prepare sales reports and dashboards for leadership. Partner with internal teams (marketing, operations) for integrated client success and strategy support. Key Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelors in business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). Experience 5 – 10 years in sales/business development in 3PL, warehousing, or logistics. Manage and optimize P&L for assigned accounts or portfolios valued at Rs 15-20 Cr, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. Skills Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and logistics tech (WMS/TMS). Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office (advanced Excel/PowerPoint). Personal Attributes Self-motivated, analytical, and adaptable in dynamic settings with up to 30% travel.
