Workflow Automation and Data Scraper Engineer

Job Title: Workflow Automation and Data Scraper Engineer Aonxi is building the Neural Revenue OS for local service businesses across America. Every day we turn unstructured conversations into intelligence that drives qualified meetings and sales on automation. Now we’re hiring an engineer who thinks in workflows, builds like a hacker, and automates like a systems architect. If you live inside n8n, Clay, Browserless, Puppeteer, Playwright, Python scripts, webhooks, and enrichment APIs - this is your role. What you will build Hyper automated outbound engines Mass-scale data scrapers for BBB, Yelp, state registries and public directories Automated enrichment pipelines using Apollo, Clay, Clearbit, PeopleDataLabs Trigger based workflows that route leads into dialer queues in real time Smart queues for cold callers and closers based on recency, scoring and signals Email warming, inbox rotation, domain rotation and delivery optimization AI assisted email sequencing using OpenAI and in-house models Internal automations that tie everything together - CRM, dialer, Slack, pipeline dashboards, and lead scoring Your daily work Design and deploy workflow automation systems using n8n and custom Python flows Write scrapers that survive anti-bot systems and CAPTCHAs Spin up headless browsers to extract structured data from unstructured websites Build pipelines with Postgres, Redis, Airtable or Mongo as intermediaries Work with APIs of every major outbound tool Fix bottlenecks, reduce latency and keep workflows running with 99 percent uptime Build dashboards for ops teams to monitor lead flow, demo flow and sales events Collaborate with founders to shape the automation strategy that powers all of Aonxi You are the brain behind the engine. Stack you should be comfortable with n8n, Make, Zapier (advanced) Clay workflows and automations Python, Node.js, Puppeteer, Playwright, Selenium Browserless or headless Chrome API design, REST, GraphQL Postgres, Redis, Mongo, Firebase Webhook orchestration Bulk email systems (Mailgun, Sendgrid, AWS SES) Cold outbound tools (Instantly, Smartlead, Folderly) Scraping frameworks like Scrapy or BeautifulSoup Cloud (AWS preferred) CI CD for automations Queue systems like RabbitMQ or BullMQ If you know half of this deeply, you can learn the rest here.
