Job Description :


We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, a passion for technology, and experience in designing, developing, and deploying software solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of software applications.

- Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define software requirements.

- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code, following best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to maintain high coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the application stack.

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deploying.

- Optimize software performance and scalability.

- Stay updated on new technologies and integrate them into the development process.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in software development using languages such as Java, Python, C++, or C#.

- Strong experience with backend and frontend development frameworks.

- Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL), cloud platforms, and microservices architecture.

- Experience with DevOps tools and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes).

- Excellent understanding of OOP and design patterns.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Agile development environments.

- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies or big data solutions.

- Experience in leading technical projects or teams.
