The position

As a Global Therapy Area Development Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to:
 

  • Lead & support key commercial partnerships within the MASH diagnosis ecosystem.
  • Establish & lead key governance models for diagnostic partnerships & support evaluation of additional diagnostic partnership needed.
  • Provide project management, tactical coordination, and executional support on the global strategy for Therapeutic Area (TA) Development and support the team in continuously refining the TA development strategy and implementation through analytical support.
  • Work with a broad array of global internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of projects.
  • Adhere to budgets, agreed timelines, and quality requirements.
  • Proactively manage projects independently and ensure progress according to plan and timelines.
  • Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders from various parts of the organization and leverage analyses to assess implications for strategy and provide recommendations and actions.
     

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:
 

  • A commercial or scientific Master’s degree.
  • Minimum 9-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Disease or market knowledge within MASH is a clear advantage.
  • Experience in a multinational organization and/or consultancy.
  • Proven results from managing projects.
  • The ability to turn analysis into recommendations and actions.
     

About the department

The Global Therapy Area Development Project Lead will be part of the Commercial – GBS unit, which is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
