Extraordinaire, you'll embark on an epic quest to wield data as your weapon and conquer the challenges of user engagement, growth, and monetisation. Join forces with our product leaders and game makers to unlock the secrets of gameplay enhancement and user retention, all while enjoying the excitement of the gaming universe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the central Analytics team, overseeing a group of analysts, and work
    collaboratively across various facets of gaming, including Acquisition, Engagement, and Monetization.
  • Interface with senior management and the leadership team as the key stakeholders for this role, providing strategic insights and long-term planning support.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation and a passion for solving complex problems using first- principle thinking. 
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards for the leadership team, serving as a
    consultant to identify opportunities and contribute to long-term strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of critical business areas and drive enhancements to the analytics infrastructure, leveraging advanced data science skills and techniques.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Analytics and relevant field,
  • Must have 2-3 years of f2p gaming experience.
  • Should be proficient with SQL and visualisation tools like Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
  • Candidates with past projects in data science/completed courses on advanced analytics techniques(Like statistics/ML/python etc.) are preferred
