Role & responsibilities

  1. Prepare timely draft of agreement, addendum & extension letters of manpower vendors and get it executed with the vendors timely before expired the agreement/extension .

i) Required draft agreement :- if current agreement of vendor/s is going to be expired or hired new vendor/s.

ii) Required Addendum letter:- As and when revised the current rates of vendors or provide additional manpower category apart from current agreement.

iii) Required Extension letter:- In the condition, if further not require renew the agreement with respective vendor/s or vendor does not want to renew the agreement currently due to some issue/s.

  1. After executed all the agreements, addendums & extensions from both sides, timely update the same in the software (currently Navision) and update the same records in the master file as well. After that share the scan copy to all the concerned and also post the original copy to respective region concerned person/RHR.
  2. Time to time uploading the new/renewal agreement, addendum & extension in the SHARE DRIVE and PROVAKIL software/application in the system.
  3. PSARA licence of vendors:- maintain the records of PSARA licence copy of every vendor who is provide security manpower i.e. gunman, plain guard and bouncer and also uploading the same in SHARE DRIVE,
  4. Follow up to get the renewal copy of PSARA from respective vendors if vendors PSARA licence is going to be expired
  5. Time to time verify the current billing rates of vendors from Bill Tracker to rates incorporated in the agreement/addendum to avoid any discrepancy or differences.
