About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Machine Learning Engineers to join our advanced analytics and AI team. This role is perfect for professionals who excel in building, training, and deploying ML models at scale, with hands-on experience in modern ML frameworks and a strong interest in Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI GPT and Hugging Face Transformers .

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for production applications.
  • Build and optimize end-to-end ML pipelines using PySpark and MLflow .
  • Work with structured & unstructured data using Pandas, NumPy, and other libraries.
  • Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models using Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch .
  • Integrate and experiment with LLMs (GPT, Hugging Face Transformers, etc.) .
  • Collaborate closely with data engineers, product managers, and developers .
  • Monitor and improve model accuracy, reliability, and performance .
  • Ensure reproducibility and proper versioning of ML experiments using MLflow .

Required Skills

  • Strong programming expertise in Python .
  • Solid understanding of ML algorithms, model development, and evaluation .
  • Hands-on experience with PySpark for large-scale data processing.
  • Proficient in MLflow for tracking experiments and lifecycle management.
  • Strong knowledge of Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn .
  • Familiarity/experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.) .
  • Good understanding of MLOps principles and best practices for deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related fields.
  • Exposure to cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
