Auromira Entertainment is a leading Integrated Advertising, Branding, and Events Company in Odisha. Our services include branding, advertising, social media and search engine promotion, audio-visual production, corporate films, documentaries, short films, photography, videography, events, and more.
About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Director (Art) to drive our creative/video/design processes aggressively and execute innovative/viral work of creativity across various mediums. The Creative Director (Art) will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the creative process, from conceptualization to final production, and will play a crucial role in shaping overall creative deliveries for the clients and agency.
Responsibilities:
- Generate innovative and visually stunning concepts and designs that effectively communicate brand messages and resonate with the target audience.
- Oversee the creation and production of various visual assets, including digital and print advertisements, website designs, packaging, product visuals, and other marketing collateral.
- Lead and manage a team of talented artists, designers, and creative professionals, providing support and feedback to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
- Develop and implement the overall creative vision and strategy, aligning it with the company's goals and objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all touch points, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design techniques, and apply this knowledge to enhance the creative process and deliver cutting-edge designs.
- Conduct regular creative reviews, provide constructive feedback, and inspire continuous improvement within the creative team.
- Collaborate with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors as necessary to augment the creative team's capabilities and meet project demands.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure efficient and timely delivery of creative projects.
Requirement:
- Proven experience (minimum 5-7 years) in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful design projects.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and motivating creative teams to achieve outstanding results.
- In-depth knowledge of Video Creation and Delivery Process and Hands-On Experience across various technical formats of video.
- Preferably Having won some awards and have a body of work which is at par with national/global standards
- Understanding of design principles, color theory, color grading, typography, and composition, with a keen eye for Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant tools.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, conceptualize ideas, and translate them into actionable creative concepts.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate and sell creative ideas to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
