  • Project Planning & Execution
  • Handle complete end-to-end interior project execution (concept to handover).
  • Develop project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate between design, civil, interior, and MEP teams for smooth execution.
  • Site Supervision & Monitoring
  • Oversee site activities including civil, carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, and finishing works.
  • Supervise MEP services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting) and ensure integration with interiors.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and timely progress.
  • Technical & Coordination
  • Review and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Resolve technical/site issues and ensure adherence to design intent.
  • Budget & Documentation
  • Prepare and review BOQs, cost estimates, and billing.
  • Ensure project delivery within budget and timelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates.
  • Quality & Compliance
  • Implement quality control and safety standards on site.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and company norms.
  • Conduct final snagging and de-snagging before project handover.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Act as single point of contact for client coordination during execution.
  • Manage client expectations and ensure timely approvals.
  • Deliver projects as per agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Role & responsibilities
