responsible for the development, customization, and implementation of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications. The role involves working closely with financial analysts, business stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure the effective utilization of OFSAA in achieving business objectives.Key Responsibilities:

OFSAA Implementation:

Lead the installation, configuration, and customization of OFSAA modules.Requirement Analysis:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for financial analytics and reporting.Solution Design:

Design technical solutions and develop detailed technical specifications for OFSAA-based implementations.Development:

Develop, test, and deploy OFSAA solutions, including data integration, metadata management, and report generation.Performance Tuning:

Optimize the performance of OFSAA applications and ensure they meet business needs and performance standards.Support & Maintenance:

Provide ongoing support and maintenance for OFSAA applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.Training:

Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical teams on OFSAA applications and best practices.Compliance:

Ensure that all developments adhere to regulatory and compliance standards specific to financial services.Project Management:

Manage project timelines, deliverables, and coordinate with various teams to ensure successful project completion.Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in OFSAA development and implementation.Proficiency in Oracle Database and SQL.Must Have Experience in OFSAA FCCM, AML/KYC ModuleExperience with OFSAA modules such as OFSAAI, OFSAA ERM, OFSAA FTP, OFSAA PFT, etc.Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL tools.Familiarity with PL/SQL programming.Understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices.Prior experience in the financial services industry, particularly in risk management or regulatory complianceFamiliarity with additional Oracle tools and technologies such as Oracle BI, ODI, etcAbout Company :Programming.com premier software solution and digital transformation partner, delivering bespoke solutions to clients worldwide.
