Core Job Responsibilities

- End-to-End Understanding of Digital Marketing Landscape: It is a must to understand the technicalities of different marketing channels’ activations and customer acquisitions across B2B and B2C. Understanding advanced SEO, SEM, Social, Content, email nurturing, funnel, and lead-gen strategies would help build effective GTM strategies for our customers.- Project Management, Day-to-Day Delivery & Operations: Remote work collaboration enables people to be more effective and efficient. Ensures all customer marketing projects are delivered on time. Effectively manages team members, project timelines, resources, and delivery calendars.- Delivery Schedule & Calendars: We must be accountable and make everybody accountable, including our customers. We manage daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables by channels, customers, and team members. We also build, manage, and keep up with calendars for social media, content, PPC, email, new website updates, and end-to-end reporting.- End-to-End Operations: From managing people and client delivery to overseeing processes and creating and implementing playbooks, you'll ensure everything runs seamlessly from start to finish. Think of yourself as the architect, designing and implementing a well-oiled marketing machine.- Content Marketing Mastermind: You will play a key role in developing and managing our content marketing strategy, from planning to execution. You will ensure high-quality content is created and distributed to our target audience.- Customer Performance Visibility: You'll be responsible for providing clear visibility into our client's marketing performance across all activation channels through insightful reports and data analysis. Consider yourself the data detective, uncovering valuable insights that drive informed decisions.- Customer Meetings & Calls: You'll actively participate in global client meetings and calls, ensuring excellent communication and exceeding their digital marketing expectations. Think of yourself as the client advocate, championing their success at every turn. Be the voice of our customers to the internal teams.- Weed Out Inefficiencies: Constantly analyze our processes and identify areas where we can streamline operations and eliminate inefficiencies. Think of yourself as the process optimizer, ensuring we continuously improve our marketing approach.

They should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring they can understand and meet customer needs.
