Role OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional M.Tech graduate in Thermal Engineering or Design Engineering to join our
team as a Thermal Systems Design Engineer. This role offers a unique opportunity to be directly involved in designing and manufacturing next-generation heat recovery and heat pump systems that are transforming India's industrial landscape.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop innovative thermal systems, including heat pumps and heat recovery solutionsParticipate in the complete product development cycle from concept to manufacturingPerform thermal calculations, system modeling, and optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturing feasibilityConduct thermal performance analysis and efficiency optimizationSupport on-site system implementation and troubleshootingContribute to research and development of new thermal technologies
Required QualificationsM.Tech in Thermal Engineering or Design Engineering (Fresh graduates welcome)Strong fundamental understanding of:Heat transfer principlesThermodynamicsRefrigeration cyclesFluid mechanicsProficiency in thermal system design and analysisKnowledge of industry standards and best practicesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills
