About the Role: We are looking for an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team at Knack RCM. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in bulk/volume hiring, excellent sourcing skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for fresher and lateral roles within US Healthcare (RCM) operations and support departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume requirements (Voice/Non-Voice processes, AR, Coding, Credentialing, etc.). Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent through job portals, social media, employee referrals, walk-ins, and campus hiring. Screen and evaluate candidates based on role fitment, communication skills, and organizational culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout. Maintain and update recruitment MIS, trackers, and dashboards on a daily/weekly basis. Partner with stakeholders to forecast manpower needs and plan hiring drives accordingly. Handle bulk hiring initiatives, including walk-in drives, consultant coordination, and campus recruitments. Ensure timely closure of positions with quality hires within defined SLAs. Maintain strong pipelines for recurring and forecasted positions. Required Skills & Competencies: 3–5 years of proven experience in bulk/volume hiring (preferably in BPO/RCM/Healthcare industry). Strong hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, , Indeed) and social media sourcing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines. Strong coordination, follow-up, and negotiation skills. Good understanding of recruitment metrics and data reporting. Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR / Business Administration or a related field. MBA in HR preferred.
