Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and deploy dynamic web applications efficiently; collaborate with team members to fulfill data handling and feature requirements.

· Address and resolve compatibility issues across multiple browsers and devices involving HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; conduct cross-browser testing and implement fixes based on user feedback.

· Explore and contribute to architectural planning related to user experience, site performance, and database structure; evaluate different approaches for implementing new features.

· Work closely with peers and leadership to discuss priorities, resolve issues, and establish best practices in content and application development.

· Establish ongoing enhancement strategies for web apps; recommend improvements in performance and maintain visual/style consistency by defining content standards and selecting development tools.

· Document functional specifications for applications, covering technical aspects such as programming languages, protocols, operating environments, and system capabilities.

· Stay informed on industry best practices, emerging tools, and technologies by engaging in continuous learning, reading, or participating in workshops and tech communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Strong understanding of Core PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and MySQL.

· Practical experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.

· Familiarity with object-oriented programming is a plus.

· Capable of reading and understanding others' code.

· Experienced in debugging and troubleshooting code effectively.
