Key Responsibilities:Define the QA offering and clearly articulate the value propositionWork with Marketing to define and implement the GTM strategyProvide technical presales inputs and define the best solution architecture for customersProvide effort estimates and craft winning proposalsDesign and develop scalable automation frameworks for web and API testingLead and mentor the QA team in implementing best practices for automation testingEnsure that our own development and QA teams implement the best practices that we preachCollaborate with development, product, and QA teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverageReview and optimize existing test scripts to enhance efficiency and reliabilityManage the execution of automated test cases and analyze test resultsTroubleshoot and resolve issues in the automation test environmentDrive continuous improvement in QA processes and toolsRequired Skills and Experience:10-15 years total experience, 6+ years of experience in QA Automation, with expertise in Selenium and CucumberAt least 1 year experience with presalesExpertise in performance testingExpertise in security testing would be an added advantageHands-on experience in setting up and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch.Strong programming skills in Java, Python, or similar languagesSolid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automation testsKnowledge of version control tools like GitExcellent problem-solving and leadership skillsStrong communication and team collaboration abilitiesThis role offers an exciting opportunity to lead automation initiatives, shape quality processes, and work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
