Team Management:
Supervise mechanics, technicians, and other staff.
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities based on skills and availability.
Ensure that the team follows safety protocols and operational standards.
Customer Service & Interaction:
Communicate directly with customers to understand their service needs.
- Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs or servicing.
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all repair work is completed according to manufacturer specifications.
Perform inspections of the finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain the stock of spare parts and tools.
- Place orders for parts and equipment as needed.
Maintain proper records of inventory and ensure efficient stock usage.
Workshop Operations:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop.
- Oversee the scheduling of repairs, ensuring that jobs are completed on time.
Ensure that all necessary tools and machinery are in working condition.
Training & Development:
Train new technicians and staff on workshop procedures and standards.
- Keep the team updated on new technologies, vehicle models, and repair techniques.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
