Location : Delhi / NCR

Industry preference: Garment export

Experience in years: 15+ (production GM in 1000+ machine factory, worked with buying houses in Gurgaon / PAN India)

Reporting to : Top Management

Functions Reporting to him : Production Planning and Control (PPC), Production, Quality

Responsibilities:

1) Take complete responsibility of production including, planning, on time execution, cost, and quality

A) Ensure all styles are planned and optimize plans with PPC department based on line feeding requirements, delivery and cost saving

B) track plan vs. actual output, and ensure styles are not getting delayed

C) Track style wise budgeted cost in cutting, stitching and finishing, and find ways to reduce cost in each department

D) ensure quality of products is as per strict Company and export standards

2) Share production related updates with buying houses / buyers and proactively address any of their concerns

Candidates communication skills both verbal and written should be excellent, so that this person can be the go to person for any customer on anything related to production.
